Terms of Service

Rosejob is operated by Rosejob LLC (278 Cedar Ln SE #4029, Vienna, VA 22180, USA). By using Rosejob you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Rosejob surfaces job openings matched to your résumé and provides tools to tailor your résumé and learn skills. We are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency, and we don’t guarantee interviews, offers, or that any listing is current or accurate.

You must sign in with a valid Google or Apple account and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and legally able to work where you apply.

You keep ownership of your résumé and the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it (including via our AI providers) solely to provide the service to you. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share.

Free and paid plans (Pro, Max) are described on our pricing page, offered monthly or annually, and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Where you subscribe determines who processes payment and how you cancel. On the web, plans bill through Stripe, and you can cancel any time from your account page. In the iOS app, plans are sold as Apple auto-renewable subscriptions billed to your Apple ID: payment is charged at purchase confirmation, and the subscription renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. In the Android app, plans bill through Google Play: manage or cancel in your Google Play subscriptions. (We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status across platforms.) We may change prices; we’ll give reasonable notice, and any change takes effect at your next renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access through the period you’ve already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; App Store and Google Play purchases are additionally subject to those stores’ refund policies.

Don’t misuse the service — no scraping, reverse engineering, automated bulk access, reselling, or attempts to disrupt or bypass limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Job listings come from third parties and may be inaccurate, filled, or removed. AI-generated content (matches, tailored résumés, courses) can contain errors — review it before relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rosejob is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rosejob LLC harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, the content you upload, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Rosejob LLC. We may assign these terms (e.g. in a merger or sale of the business); you may not. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

You can stop using Rosejob and delete your account any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms.
